5. Understanding the Order Statuses
- 5.1 You will be notified by e-mail you provided on each Order Statuses changes.
- 5.2 Due to the nature of Print on Demand we do not keep unwanted items in our stores. Please be really careful when you order a product from us and contact us as soon as possible for any kind of changes regarding your order before we change your order status to Production . Once its on Production or statuses after Production you are only eligible for Exchange or Partially Refund.

| Production | We sent your order to Print on Demand Providers for production. At this point you are eligible for partially refund only. We usually start the Shipping Process in 1 to 2 days | ||

| Completed | Your order has been delivered to your shipping address. | ||
| Exchange | If you would like to change color or size after your purchase please contact us as soon as possible( before the Production Stage) in order to get fully refund. Once your Exchange request accepted you will receive an e-mail | – | |
| Partially Refunded | If you would like to cancel an order after it has been set for Production and before it set for shipped. You are free to ask for Partially Refund which is 70% of the total cost.You will be charged for only 30% of your order for the Restocking Process. This 70% Refund Process may take 3-5 days depending on your bank.
