If there’s an issue with your order due to our error (e.g., wrong design, size, print defect, or damaged item), we’ll gladly offer:

  • Free return shipping
  • A full refund or free replacement (your choice)
  • No restocking fees

  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

❌ Returns Due to Customer Preference (Not Our Fault)

Since we create custom-made products, we cannot resell returned items due to:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect design submitted

In such cases, we charge a 40% restocking fee (deducted from your refund) to cover production and handling costs.

How to Initiate a Return
