1.Thank you for using T-funny.com! Before using or accessing our platform, please read this Terms of Service carefully.

  1. When You use Our Website and Content, You are agreeing to Our Privacy Policy
  2. We can change these Terms and Conditions, and if the changes are big, we’ll let you know.
  3. T-funny.com will serve you better than before with the new management.
  4. Understanding the Order Statuses
  • 5.1 You will be notified by e-mail you provided on each Order Statuses changes.
  • 5.2 Due to the nature of “Personalized Printing” we do not keep unwanted items in our stores. Please be really careful when you order a product from us and contact us as soon as possible for any kind of changes regarding your order before we change your order status to Production . Once its on Production or any statuses after Production you are only eligible for Exchange or Partially Refund for unwanted orders.60% retocking fee may apply if you just changed your mind for the order. If you received wrong product size or color , damaged prodcut or any other issue done by us will be 100% refunded back to you.

1Pending PaymentThis is a payment that has begun, but is not complete. An example of this is someone who has filled out the checkout form and then gone to PayPal for payment. We have the record of sale, but they haven’t completed their payment yet.1
ProcessingPayment received. At this point you are eligible for editing the order or fully refund. Please keep that in mind We usually start the production in 24 hours2
ProductionWe sent your order to production. At this point you are eligible for partially refund only.60% restocking fee may apply for returns with no issue. We usually start the Shipping Process less than 48 hours from the order date.3
On HoldThis order status usually used for “waiting for your response” on a special request. Please check your e-mail for details.4
ShippedOrder has been shipped. Please check your e-mail for tracking details or use our Track your order link.5
CompletedYour order has been delivered to your shipping address.6
ExchangeDue to the nature of Print on Demand we do not keep unwanted items in our stores. If you would like to change color or size after your purchase please contact us as soon as possible( before Production ) in order to get fully refund. Once your Exchange request accepted you will receive an e-mail with details.7
Partially RefundedIf you would like to cancel an order after it has been set for Production or any other next statuses your order will be Partially Refunded (40%). This 40% refund process may take 2-4 days depending on your bank after we receive unwanted item. Our Return Address: 1 madison st unit b4, east rutherford, NJ 07073 United States8
Fully RefundedIf you cancel your order before it has been set for Production or you received a wrong item or any kind of mistake made by our side you will be eligible for fully refund after 14 calendar days from the delivery date. This may takes 2-4 days depending on your bank.9
FailedYour payment has been declined by your bank.10
